Attached please find instructions received from the General Average adjuster.  The process for posting security for the cargo is self-explanatory.  Questions regarding this process should be addressed directly to Messrs. Groninger & Welke.  Please forward a copy of this communication to your cargo insurers.

The Stadt Bremen is discharging cargo in Barranquilla on December 4, 2010, and has been instructed to proceed to Cartagena when she has completed cargo operations to discharge all remaining cargo on board.
