APL Chiwan – Instructions from General Average Adjuster 27 Jun 2011 Owners have appointed a General Average adjuster, Asai &Ichikawa, who has issued instructions to all cargo owners regarding what will be needed to release the lien on their cargo. Instructions from the General Average adjuster and owners’ declaration of General Average are attached. We recommend you contact your cargo insurer immediately and advise them of the instructions from General Average adjuster.
