Thailand

Heavy flooding continues in Thailand following torrential rains. The Port Authority of Thailand has temporarily suspended the acceptance of inbound cargo at Klong Toey Port in Bangkok.
All APL offices remain open. APL service at Laem Chabang Port and at its Lat Krabang container depot near Bangkok continues with normal operation. APL has developed contingency plans should flooding disrupt its activities in Bangkok.
APL is still accepting inbound bookings at Laem Chabang and Lat Krabang for dry containers. It has temporarily suspended the acceptance of inbound refrigerated containers at those locations. APL is urging customers to clear cargo directly at Laem Chabang Port to avoid potential flooding risks in Bangkok. There are no restrictions on outbound bookings.
We will continue to provide updates as conditions change.
