Boomerang Box Helps CARE Deliver Relief Supplies

How can people in America learn about the work relief organization CARE does around the world? CARE does it by asking people in the countries it helps to tell their story. Each year, ambassadors to the U.S. from many different countries open their homes in Washington D.C. (called "embassies") to Americans. They serve dinner to their guests and talk about the work CARE has done helping people in their countries and around the world. This way, people in America feel connected to the important work CARE has been doing for the last 55 years.

Would you like to learn more about what CARE does? Well, we can't invite you to an embassy in Washington D.C. But we can take you along as the Boomerang Box helps CARE deliver a load of relief supplies to people in need.

This is the Boomerang Box's first shipment for CARE, but APL has been CARE's partner for over 20 years, rushing relief supplies around the world to where they're needed most.
