Mr. Larry Schroeder is a tall distinguished gentleman. He is very business like but when he smiles, he is very accessible. Larry is the Traffic Manager for Potlatch Corporation, He is in charge of ensuring shipments of Potlatch products arrive in good condition. He makes sure cargo containers are packed properly so the cargo doesn't shift during its long journey. Mr. Schroeder is also in charge of customer satisfaction. For instance, if a person were to find a wrinkle in a paperboard product such as a milk carton, Mr. Schroeder would be the person to receive the complaint. He would trace the paperboard's origin and determine if there were other products with similar defects. Quality control is a very important aspect of his job.

Larry majored in business in college. He learned about exporting by attending business seminars. He often travels to far away lands but has not had difficulty with the language barrier. Mr. Schroeder has worked for Potlatch for twenty-five years and enjoys his work. He has a great sense of humor. He is an interesting and knowledgeable person who can work with a variety of people.
