Wood pulp is used by companies all over the world to make paper, tissue, and disposable diapers. Weyerhaeuser is the world's leader in producing wood pulp. Last year, Weyerhaeuser manufactured over two million metric tons of wood pulp at its eight US mills.

John's mill in Cosmopolis, Washington, manufactures wood pulp for photographic paper and disposable diapers, as well as for other products not generally associated with wood: acetate for photo film, clear toothbrush handles, rayon for cloth, food additives, and pharmaceuticals.

It's a busy job and, as John puts it, "No two days are the same! The markets and means to deliver products to our customers are constantly changing... I need to be 'fast on my feet' and responsive to customers and the market place."

So, what does John do every day? Want to join him and help him solve a problem?
