Washington Public Ports Association, 4/98
The Boomerang Box, a 40-foot long cargo container, painted in
vibrant colors with students artwork depicting Pacific Northwest
trade, and sponsored in part by the Port of Seattle, has returned to Seattle. Designed to help students learn about
international trade, the container has traveled by ship to six
major Asian ports since October 1997. The expedition has been
tracked on the World Wide Web.
