A major toy retailer in the U.S. needed precise delivery of one million toys manufactured from three different factories in China for a holiday season promotion. To complicate things, the merchandise had to arrive in equal quantities across 10 locations within a specific time to ease distribution and avoid overcrowding the warehouses.

Solution
