Hyundai Fortune: Your Cargoes On-carriage Arrangement
03 May 2006 - We wrote to you on 21 April 2006 to let you know that the fire-damaged Hyundai Fortune had completed discharging all viable container cargoes at Salalah Port. We can now inform you that we have made arrangements to on-carry your cargoes. You will receive a letter with all the details. Please note that these alternative arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions of General Average declared by the vessel’s owner on 5 April 2006. As such, it is essential that you furnish your General Average and Salvage Security as soon as possible to enable the release of your cargoes at the discharge port.
