APL Guam/Marianas Tariffs - Instructions for Access

1.	Go to http://websimon.descartes.com
2.	Enter the non case-sensitive USER ID and Password and click the "Login" button.

User ID:	ORAMPRES
Password:	APLS9US

3.	Once Logged in, choose Rate Analysis which is found across the dashboard.
4.	In the Rate Analysis Search page, set the Shipping Date to 23-Feb-2006 or later
5.	In the Tariff Code box, put in APLS and click Find Tariff. You will be redirected to the Find Tariff screen.
6.	Two Tariffs will be retrieved: APLS-100 and APLS-101.

	APLS-100 for cargo moving between Guam/Marianas and U.S. West Coast Ports
	APLS-101 for cargo moving between Guam/Marianas and U.S. IPI and MLB ports

Click Select beside one of the Tariffs and you will be brought back to the Rate Analysis screen with the Tariff Code displayed.

7.	To locate the rates within APLS-100, click Search where it states 'To locate rates, SEARCH now'.
8.	To retrieve the rates in APLS-101, click on the Rate Analysis link located in the upper left hand corner of your screen where it states 'You are here: Rate Analysis > Rate List'.
9.	You will then be taken back to the Rate Analysis screen.
10.	To view the rates in the other tariff, change the Tariff Code to APLS-101, and click Search.
