After 6 months of employment, APL matches employee contributions at a rate of 75¢ on the dollar on up to 6% of earnings. Nine investment funds are available. You are vested in the Company's contributions based on your years of service: less than 1 year of service - 0% vested, 1 year - 20%, 2 years - 40%, 3 years - 60%, 4 years - 80%, 5 or more years of service - 100% vested.
