Environmental Training

We place strong emphasis on training both sea and shore staff involved in the operation of our ships.

Our crew undergo training in areas such as bunker transfer procedures, oil/sludge management, waste management, ballast water management, pollution prevention, Hazmat training and emergency drills. Priority is given to improving procedures, performance and abilities of employees who carry out tasks with a potentially significant environmental impact.

Aside from shipboard training, we also conduct seminars for and communicate regularly with employees on environmental issues.
