Bookings are requested using a standard form that is submitted to APL’s customer service offices. APL will handle your request and confirm back to you promptly via e-mail. Our Web booking system has the following features:

• Allows you to save an unlimited number of “favorites” or template bookings. This eliminates the rekeying of recurring data and quickly allows you to submit new bookings. Your favorites are easily accessed in the Booking channel.
• All previously submitted bookings are saved for reference. The Booking channel has a link to your submitted bookings.
• A booking may be initiated while viewing a specific schedule.
