APL CEO Office: New APL.com and APL eBusiness – Launched!

I am pleased to announce the official launch of the new APL.com and APL eBusiness – today!

The mobile-friendly APL.com is integrated with APL eBusiness, offering a seamless and complete digital experience, covering:

  • Access to up-to-date information, from all of APL’s services, to routes and shipping charges
  • End-to-end online transactions, from booking to viewing invoices, and even making payment (U.S. only today; more countries to follow)

The launch of the new online platforms is a big part of APL’s global project – LIFT – to elevate your APL experience. More information is also available on the LIFT microsite.

While the current transition to LIFT your APL experience will largely complete by end of 2018, our journey to better services will not end here. It remains in our DNA to continually better ourselves to deliver the best shipping services our customers deserve.
