Change of email address for submitting Shipping Instructions for Government shipments

Please note that effective immediately, the email address for submitting Shipping Instructions (SI) for all APL Government shipments has changed.

New email address:

This applies to all USG prefix shipments and covers:

  • U.S. Flag Impelled Cargo
  • Military Household Goods
  • Humanitarian Aid

Any document submitted to the prior email address(s) will be forwarded for the next 30 days.
