TWIC Enrollment Overview and Recent Updates
As of April 15, 2009 nationwide compliance for TWIC is now in effect. All merchant mariners, facility workers including longshoremen, truckers, and port employees will need to obtain a TWIC to have unescorted access to MTSA regulated vessels and facilities.
