Overview
In accordance with the requirements of the Maritime Transportation Security Act (MTSA), TWIC will serve as an identification card for all personnel requiring unescorted access to secure areas of MITSA-regulated facilities and vessels. An estimated 750,000 individuals will be required to obtain a TWIC. This includes the Coast Guard-credentialed
