E-mail tracking couldn't be easier.

Another Fast and Flexible Way To Access Shipment Information

Any time, day or night, you can now track your APL shipments using e-mail.

When you don't have access to APL's Web site or calling APL Customer Service is not convenient, simply send an e-mail to track@apl.com.

How To Use It:

1. Address a new message to track@apl.com.
   
   
2. In the subject line, type the Bill of Lading or Container number you want to track (it is not necessary to type text in the message body).
   • BL format: 0099999999 or 99999999
   • Container format: aplu123456 or APLU123456 or aplu123456-1
     
     
3. You can track up to four BLs or containers by separating them with commas.
   
   
4. You can add up to four copyholders in the 'cc:' line when sending your e-mail to track@apl.com.  They will receive the same e-mail tracking results.
   
   
5. In minutes, you'll receive an e-mail message from APL with the following tracking information.
   • Origin Load Vessel Departure Date Final Destination Discharge Vessel
   • ETA
