APL promotes learning so that all our employees can grow and contribute to the success of the company.

APL leverages the e-learning tool, the CMA CGM Academy, to enable continuous education online, anytime, anywhere. Over 400 e-learning modules are available to empower our staff so that they stay adept in their roles and serve the purpose of APL.

Offering numerous custom-made and innovative solutions to meet each employee's needs to develop his/her skills. The broadened training offer is organized in 5 institutes:
