How do I get registered ?

On our homepage, please go to the ‘eBusiness’ tab. Select Registration and complete the required information. Please be sure to select all the companies you want and the access for each one.

How can I view and print my original BL online?

You may view your original BL through eBusiness-Document-Original Available. Kindly click on the BL reference to be printed which leads to the BL detail page. On this Page you can find the “Print” option on the right hand side. Note: Please make sure ‘File open’ plug in is installed in your system to print the BL.

What web browser is recommended?

Depending on your browser and document viewer plugin you may encounter difficulties when trying to view or print a document. To get the best out of eBusiness Platform, we recommend Google Chrome™ and the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader™ plugin.

Below are our guidelines to avoid technical issues during viewing and/or printing of documents on our platform:

[b]If you are using Google Chrome™

You need to disable the Chrome PDF viewer and enable the Adobe Acrobat PDF viewer.

  • Open a new tab and type the address : 'chrome://plugins/'.
  • Click the Enable link in 'Adobe Reader' field.
  • Click the Disable link in 'Chrome PDF Viewer field'.
  • Close the tab.
  • Close and reopen your browser.

If you are using Internet Explorer™

We recommend using Internet Explorer v9 or higher. To consult or print document, we recommend the installation of the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.

If you are using Mozilla Firefox™

You need to disable the Adobe Acrobat plug-in for Mozilla Firefox. Below procedure is based on Firefox 24. Depending on the version of Firefox you are using, the procedure can be slightly different.

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox. Click on the ‘Firefox’ menu in the top left corner.
  2. Click on ‘Add Ons’ menu and then on ‘Plugin’ tab.
  3. Choose ‘Never Activate’ in the menu corresponding to the ‘Adobe Acrobat’ plugin.
  4. Open ‘Firefox’ menu on the top left menu bar and choose menu ‘Option’.
  5. In the ‘Applications’ Tab, choose « Always Ask » action for Portable Document Format (PDF) Content Type.
  6. Close and reopen your browser.
