Notice of Arrival Update
Dear Valued APL Customer,
Please be advised that effective immediately APL will no longer be sending rated Arrival Notices. Going forward, all charges will be noted only on the collect invoice which will be sent to the respective payer on the Bill of Lading 6 days prior to cargo arrival. The now unrated Arrival Notices will continue to be sent per normal schedule.
If you do not receive an invoice for your collect charges, this means we are missing key contact details for your account. Please contact your respective Customer Care Team for a copy of your invoice and we will then update your contact details for future shipments.
