Adapting to an ever-changing environment, APL was proud to introduce the concept of multi-modal operations starting in 2011 for Operation Enduring Freedom. By utilizing our ocean assets, partner aircrafts and trucks, APL revolutionized “in theater” logistics delivering sustenance and gear to key bases as well as Forward Operating Bases and difficult-to-reach locales.

APL continues to build upon our expertise and expand our multi-modal operations into areas like Africa, Saipan and Guam. Whether a full container, less than container load (LCL) or breakbulk, APL delivers unique solutions to solve complex logistic challenges.
